First time going here as our current accountant was unavailable. Worst experience ever. We gave them all our paperwork and went through everything in detail since it was the first time using them. They messed up our taxes my not including one of our W2. We had to call them to have them file an amendment and now the IRS gave us a refund, when we owe. Ms Jackie is the best! She’s always there to answer questions - knows her stuff and always finds a way to make me laugh on my most dreaded day of the year (tax appt). She manages both our personal/family and business taxes with success!
