Courtney is a highly talented hypnotherapist. I felt safe and comfortable in her office and she helped me address and resolve a long list of concerns in a short period of time. Courtney puts you at ease from the moment you meet her with her enthusiasm and attention to what you want to get from the session. Whether with an individual or with a group she spends time clarifying your intention and you are super relaxed before you even begin the session.
