BEWARE!!! PAX8 will bill you for services you never wanted and then refuse to remove the charges or work with you. Their billing team will just close your tickets if you go through that avenue. They will reach out asking for payment, but again when discussing credits or resolving the overages - they refuse to respond. Awful experience trying to get onboarded with Pax8, to the point where i am now unable to call and speak with a real person. Go with a VAR that cares.
This company bills me every month and wont contact me to close account.. I try to contact the rep monthly and never get a response except tier 1 support that says its not their problem. Place is basically a 2 person boiler room that will change the rates at their own desire, just go through a real VAR avoid crap8.
Editing Post: Pax8 took steps to remediate our issues and provide better support moving forward. Moving from 1->4 stars but leaving my original review available below. -- Would give 0 stars if I could due to non-existent support. I wanted to like Pax8, but as a smaller MSP they've proven to be too big to care which contradicts all of their optics.
Too many spam emails and calls. Does not obey unsubscribe requests.
