The worst company you can deal with. Account Managers always changing, they don't respond when they've changed. They then charge you a monthly fee to a client of there's, not giving you any opt-in options. And if you try to opt-out they will constantly give you a run around and bounce you around, and make you jump through hoops so they can still charge you the monthly fee for longer. If they're your only choice, don't do it; leave the industry.
Avoid at all costs. We spent months with support trying to close our account after multiple issues with services and costs. They kept refusing to close it. We removed our billing information and credit card data. They kept billing us a service fee for having an account open when they would not close the account. They said they could refund it if we paid more. Mind boggling.
Sending invoices for Market place fee after we stopped using them.
!!!!!AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!!! Once a great company to work with. Now an absolute nightmare. Can't even get answers to the simplest questions like when I can expect my order to be fulfilled. No updates for days after placing an order for licensing needed for a project coming up. If you're an MSP looking to move to Pax8, I highly recommend looking for any other option, and don't get married to this nightmare of a company.
Not happy with Pax8. I signed up with them as a MSP and I manage over 500 endpoints. I was told that if I bring my clients over, I can earn a residual without an increase to my clients. After getting permission from one of my clients, I moved only 10 licenses over to Pax8 for trial. I only got a residual payment once. I was told that they did not have my bank account number on file and that is why I never got the payments. They did send me a check for $20 and that was it. Never again did I get a payment.
