Extremely Disappointing and Unethical Experience I’m beyond frustrated with Pax8. What started as a service that was clearly offered for free suddenly turned into an extra $30 charge every month — without proper notice or consent. When questioned, they simply claim their “policies have changed.” That’s not transparency; that’s shifting the goalposts. What makes it worse is that these charges have continued for over a year, and now I’m being told I can cancel the service, I did but still shows active. It feels like being trap... read more
WATCH OUT!!! if only I could give ratings in negative. They were ok coupla years ago, but they have just turned into one of the worst company I've to deal with. Unnecessary charges, even if you are not buying anything from them! Impossible to remove your CC from the portal, and they keep charging it even if you ask them to cancel your account. Numerous emails went out unanswered. They keep asking to reach out to their accounts email and they don't do anything- other than charging my CC!! STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!
My old Review: Very helpful, I’m glad we work with them! I would rate 5 stars, but the spam is unacceptable. My experience over the last 3 years since they became just another greedy, billion dollar company that gutted themselves of any value: Their support went from great, to non existent. BEWARE!!! PAX8 will bill you for services you never wanted and then refuse to remove the charges or work with you. Their billing team will just close your tickets if you go through that avenue. They will reach out asking for payment, but again when discussing credits or resolving the overages - they refuse to respond. Then they want to charge finance charges because they are unable to resolve these issues in a reasonable time. Do your own research, and you will find a lot of other stories like this online.
