The only thing Pax8 has going for them is a pleasant web interface. Their technical support is beyond awful. I seriously cannot stress this enough. In my 5 years of working with them, I've probably submitted 50+ tickets with them. I can count on one hand the amount of tickets they actually resolved for me. TLDR: No support to reach out to and get help when you need it, even though that was what was promised. I don't know which cloud software provider is better, but if I find one, I will update this post. Long version. I just switched over to Pax8 from Ingram Micro because I was not happy with the lack of support IM offered when I needed assistance. Great company with top level support!
Been with Pax8 for about 8 years, support has gone down hill. I'm moving clients away from pax8. The last straw was a support ticket open for 2 days to get a password reset.
