The only thing Pax8 has going for them is a pleasant web interface. Their technical support is beyond awful. I seriously cannot stress this enough. In my 5 years of working with them, I've probably submitted 50+ tickets with them. I can count on one hand the amount of tickets they actually resolved for me. It's like the first prompt in their system is "find any way that you can to tell the customer that this is outside of scope". TLDR: No support to reach out to and get help when you need it, even though that was what was promised. I don't know which cloud software provider is better, but if I find one, I will update this post. Long version. I just switched over to Pax8 from Ingram Micro because I was not happy with the lack of support IM offered when I needed assistance. Been with Pax8 for about 8 years, support has gone down hill. I'm moving clients away from pax8. The last straw was a support ticket open for 2 days to get a password reset.
