We were charged for over $500 of Acronis services we never wanted, and the Pax8 finance team dismisses there is a problem and is unwilling to work with us at all to reach a compromise.

Would give 0 stars if I could due to non-existent support. I wanted to like Pax8, but as a smaller MSP they've proven to be too big to care which contradicts all of their optics.

Pax8 is just another bloated MSP vendor with non-existent support. Expect tickets to be closed without a real answer, endless delays just to get a response, and account reps who blow off appointments like it’s standard practice. Garbage company all the way around.

The only thing Pax8 has going for them is a pleasant web interface. Their technical support is beyond awful. I seriously cannot stress this enough. In my 5 years of working with them, I've probably submitted 50+ tickets with them. I can count on one hand the amount of tickets they actually resolved for me. It's like the first prompt in their system is "find any way that you can to tell the customer that this is outside of scope". TLDR: No support to reach out to and get help when you need it, even though that was what was promised. I don't know which cloud software provider is better, but if I find one, I will update this post. Long version. I just switched over to Pax8 from Ingram Micro because I was not happy with the lack of support IM offered when I needed assistance.
