Whether unwittingly or not they sold me a counterfeit game, but because I didn't figure out it was counterfeit until a few years later they feel they are blameless. I understand there's "rules" on eBay to protect sellers, but selling a fake is selling a fake - time limits don't change that. And now instead of a collectible I have a glorified, and worthless, ROM.
