I didn't use their service directly, but the vet (Cat Tales) sent my cat there. After a week, I finally got his ashes back in a beautiful wooden box with a secured latch and his name scribed on top of the lid. I also got his paw print plus a seedling patch I can plant in his remembrance. I couldn't be happier how much care they put into my little buddy's final journey. Thank you.
