0ne of the staff there needs to be trained to talk properly to customers.
I used to be pleased with the place, but now I carry my business elsewhere. One of the younger Hispanic staff lied about the current price of my item and tried to lowball me. He offered me 15% of what the item was worth. It was in like new condition. I wouldn't recommend this place if you plan to sell. Check out their sister shops instead. Better service and better deals.

staff lies about market price on items you're selling (states they're going for $150 less then the cheapest one listed online) after taking 45 minutes to even get to you. waste of time
