dropped into the shop today as i needed to find a way to get some extra funds to cover the rest of my rent due to missing work from a car accident. Tyler was in the shop and they were a bit short staffed, but he was polite and friendly to everyone and he worked as quickly as he could and even apologized for the wait. I didn't mind waiting because he was working hard and was atleast thoughtful enough to let me know he'd get to me as quick as he can. My husband and I had a very disappointing experience at this Pawn 1st location. The manager, Jaszy, was rude and unprofessional throughout our visit. After spending over an hour reviewing our jewelry, we were told they would pass. This was a complete waste of time. If I could give zero stars, I would. We will not be returning and caution others to avoid this location.
Went here to sell - sadly the handling of how they value anything is just off Google searches. They’re comparisons are based off eBay listings of someone selling replicas or fakes at super cheap prices. I understand Pawn Shops have to resell at a profit, but I can promise you - don’t expect to get anything more than 10% of the value of anything you’re trying to sell here. If you’re desperate, this is your place to go.
I had an amazing experience at Pawn1st! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful – Especially Jaszy - guiding me through their wide selection of merchandise with genuine enthusiasm. The store was clean, well-organized, and stocked with high-quality products. I found exactly what I needed at a Great Price, and the checkout process was quick and seamless. I’ll definitely be back—Highly Recommend!
