This place is bad, the workers and managment are very very rude, as soon as they think you need then they get evern worse. I will never again use their services...Ruth
These guys are rude and arrogant. They are unprofessional and their store is dirty with very little selection. Do yourself a favor and go to Quality Pawn in Overland Park. Its a little bit of a drive from Grandview, but totally worth the the trip.
these people know nothing about jewelry! this is the worst pawn shop in the metro area. it looks a mess and they all have poor business ethic.
