The guy who works in the Music Box part of the pawn shop is the main reason I will not be a return customer to this shop. There are two guys who work in the Music Box, and the one I am referring to is NOT Randy. Randy is intelligent, and eager to help customers. This other guy is not. He has absolutely no business being in charge of, or working around musical equipment. I have never seen someone so lazy, and inexperienced in my life working in a music store. everyone is very friendly, and helpfull, always gives out the best loans on items, and has the best deals on everything from cds, to jewelery
