My friend was just in there and the owner treated him poorly. tried to make him feel uneducated. Totally insulted him in front of customers. me and my grandson went into Pawn Plus Pawn shop today to look around its in Southaven off Highway 51 and it's the worst pawn shop under the worst management that I've ever been to and all the years of me going to a pawn shop the owner Joel is very disrespectful and he yelled across the room at me and my grandson to not take stuff off the wall and there wasn't a sign saying so and he argued back and ended up cussing me and my grandson out and proceeded to lift his shirt up to show us he had a gun,please call me if you have a... read more
People are rude to the point of being verbally abusive cursing people that go in to buy things. Would not recommend going there for any reason. I will in fact tell people to stay away. Would not want anyone else to experience such a traumatic experience

I’ve never been treated so badly as a buying customer of a business. Telling everyone I know not to shop there.
I got a laptop from them and only had it for 2 weeks. Don’t buy nothing from them.
