My husband and I were at Pawn America in Onalaska and my husband who is handicapped, used a cart there to help him walk and he fell! He went right down on his knees and his side! Now I see that PA does give automated replies, but there was an employee there that was a very big help throughout our time there! Travis! He came fast from behind the counter to help my husband, along with another customer! And Travis helped us completely the rest of the time there, along with tending to other customers!
