Absolutely rude staff. Crazy pricing for tools that look like they sat in a cement mixer. And some manager lady that just wastes your time and has no idea how to give a decent quote. Ended up driving down to double eagle pawn and had the best customer experience in my life compared to the experience I had here. Also tried to compare the items I was selling to a completely different market because she has no clue what she's talking about.
This pawn shop has always treated me good. Ieft a bad review 6 months ago.. but it had nothing to do with them. I was going through a rough time in my life and took my anger out on them. I returned today and was treated with a warm welcome and no hard feelings. They truly care about their customers and I highly recommend them. I will definitely be returning in the future.
Great customer service and they had exactly what I needed and the prices are AMAZING
