My ride was contracted to them from modivcare. They did not show up at 6:15 this morning. They didn't even answer their office phone number. I mean when you really need to get to a doctor's appointment you cannot trust these guys. I am appalled at such unprofessionalism. My rideshare company has learned that this is not the company to ask rides of!!!! Will be barring this company from my profile and will not be working with them in the future.
