Real Personal Service and Saved me Money – I was looking to plan our own family Italy tour and happened to find Pavlus on the net. After some discussion the staff member placed me on a Globus tour to Italy saving us over $1,175 than my lowest plan I could find. They assisted us with all trip information and were most pleasant. My vote a real yes.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE – Unprofessional organization. They sent me a quote for a tour four days ago, and I cannot get a hold of anybody in their office to book it!! They keep forwarding my calls/messages to the same clown that never responds. How do they stay in business? I even asked to speak with anybody, and still have not received any help. I have already called twice and sent them an email and have received no response. Do they rip people off? Or are they just incompetent. I am going elsewhere.
We had an excellent experience with Pavlus Travel booking our 15-day tour Globus Tour to Italy. We had booked a hotel room planning to fly into Rome a day early. Unfortunately, Globus changed the date of our tour by a day, and the website where I had booked the hotel room would not refund our money. pavlus travel – I had the misfortune to use Pavlus to book a Carnival cruise. I finally received info on my booking 2 months after paying for it, only after three requests to Pavlus. The information which pavlus had for me was perfectly correct for billing purposes. The agent, Lori, misspelled it to Carnival. Due to her mistake, I was forced to pay an additional 25.00 to set the record straight. Four of us booked together. Lori was unable to get us dinner seating at the same table OR at the same time.
