Today was my first visit at Pavana, it was also the first time I've ever felt literally repaired after just one visit. I was just very impressed at how quickly she located areas that were bothering me so much. Thank you Liz for the best massage I've ever had
Liz has been my massage therapist for over ten years. She is a fantastic practitioner that always takes the time to find out what is going on with my body before beginning treatment and gives me recommendations for self-treatment between massages. Her office and treatment room are always spotlessly clean, and she is truly a great professional.
