Love this hidden gem for a very spa like experience with a luxury feel right in the heart of Southlake! As a busy mom of three and entrepreneur, taking care of myself is a priority and Pause helped me recharge. Tried contrast therapy and a float and slept like a baby. There’s a whole menu of shots and ivs I look forward to trying next time as I’ve heard amazing things. Super clean and the staff was so knowledgeable!
