I’m thrilled with my results! I gave myself a wellness afternoon at Pause, experiencing the Contrast 60, the 10 min LED bed with green light. Yes, I slept well, but the next morning surprised me! I played tennis better than EVER before! The difference was I felt I played relaxed, to the point I could even see the ball better. I’ll be coming back!
I love spending time at Pause! Whether I need to recover after a workout, recharge, or just completely decompress, there’s always something here that fits what I need. I love combining services while I’m there too!
After my very first session at PAUSE I had the most interesting sensation in my entire body. It felt as if I had put something down that was very heavy and my entire system was relieved and calm at the same time. After just a few minutes!! Imagine that on repeat… wow, I certainly can! I didn’t have words at first it was such an unusual feeling… thanks again!
