Terrible experience! Very poor service, no professionals to explain how it actually works, plus the price is exorbitant! It seems like they don't know what they're doing! The environment is dull and problematic! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone! I hated it and will never return!
I had such an amazing experience at Pause Wellness thanks to Saige and Colin! From the moment I walked in, they made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. They took the time to explain everything and made sure I had a relaxing, enjoyable experience. I tried both the red light therapy and the salt float, and I left feeling completely refreshed and recharged.
