The best place to literally pause. I usually come for sauna and cold plunge and today just did an IV and Julio and Anastasia were the best. Highly recommend this place !!!!
This place is unsanitary. During my visit, I discovered large globs of brown, sludge-like debris floating in the ice bath after I had already submerged my body several times. Some of the water even got into my mouth, which was very concerning. When I brought it to the employee’s attention, I was told the filter had come open and that I needed to understand why it happened. A comfortable and refreshing experience from start to finish. I was given a tour upon entry with a well delivered overview of the facility and all the services provided. All the staff were so kind and welcoming. Will definitely be back.
Lovely experience. The space is beautiful and peaceful. Friendly and helpful staff. I did a one hour sauna treatment and it was perfect. The rooms have all the amenities you need to be comfortable (shower etc). Everything felt extremely clean too. Will definitely go again.
