As a person and as a woman, I have never been to a place so rude and despicable. That woman, Paula, is the most horrible, rudest person imaginable. I advise anyone thinking of getting a massage there not to even waste their time; there is absolutely no professionalism there—just rudeness and mistreatment of people.
