Paul’s was great! I needed a cushion fixed because the zipper completely broke and the seam had also ripped. They were able to take it right away and get it back to me very quickly in time for a party we were having that weekend. Everyone I encountered was very friendly, and they communicated via phone and text. When picking up the cushion, I noticed that they even wrapped the inner cushion/batting in a nice wrap so that it actually stayed together unlike how it was before. Wow!
