Like a well versed consumer, I felt like I did a pretty damn good job shopping around for the TV I wanted. I wasn't looking for a particular TV, I was looking at VALUE. So, after my research was done I decided to look at Paul's TV. Initially, I was stuck on purchasing my TV at an on line site that was giving me a hell of a deal. They had an on line Paul's TV offer match that they honored and I didn't even have to pay sales tax! I shopped at SEVERAL "big box" stores after seeing their ads for less expensive TV's. I was disappointed at each place. Either I wasn't waited on by anyone knowledgeable (if waited on at all..) or they couldn't change the image on the TV that I was interested in (better and different sourced images on other TV''s). The best service experience I've had in years. The sales person was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. No high pressure sales tactics either. Great positive experience. Also, I would highly recommend them to install your television. A tad expensive, but It was well worth the money spent. The 2 installers took about 90 minutes to install the t.v. properly and to also take the time to go thru all the functions. Totally satisfied with this experience. Simply put, I highly recommend Paul's TV
Place is great! I got an awesome deal and the service was fantastic and immediate. After waiting around at Best Buy and Walmart for half an hour the guy at Pauls helped me immediately and I got a great price.
