Very casual and friendly experience first time in. It didn’t sit well with me that my auto pay failed and they canceled my policy right away. They are two Grace. Bank account was hacked and had to get a whole new bank account which tried on the day with the payment failed and they didn’t try again evidently. However, they Gladly reinstated me! Seems like the old days of having an agent watch your back and be there to support those days are gone, but it’s cool. I’m fine with this outfit.
