my bike has been in his shop for a week and nothing has been done to it .. besdes collection dust.. i have a tri-athalon in a few weeks and i need to start training like yesterday!!! he is rude when he answers the phone and donesnt gove you a straight answer when your bike will be finished! i whish the simple part i needed was put on so i could get my bike and start training! is that to mcuh to ask?! i didnt think it was!
Located on the west side of Gratiot road just north of Utica in the middle of other stores, the Bike Depot is easy to miss. Parking on Gratiot can be an issue but lots of extra parking is available in the rear of the store. The store has everything you would expect; lots of bikes, accessories, and a busy service area. The staff are friendly and very helpful.
