I have dealt with this store twice. The first time, I was absolutely impressed. However, due to the experience I just had with them I will NEVER take another bike to them again. I recently purchased a road bike from a friend. I needed a very minor addition to it put on. I have a race coming up this weekend so I took it to them on Tuesday. The W. 11th location is right on the bike path and very easy to get to. The mechanics here are excellent and always willing to help out with minor repairs while you wait, and almost any kind of work has a quick turnaround time. No overcharges and they throw in extras for you because they care. Tip well, because this is the best bike shop in town.
my favorite bicycle shop in eugene... the road specific shop, the one on w11th, the commuting shop on 5th. the staff has always been helpful over the years.
