Bad Bee Pollen - What did I put in my body? The store just hung up a big sign they sell Zi Xiu Tang Bee Pollen - yet when call they are "out". When I went in to purchase - low and behold...under the counter was the last bottle they had" I bought it for $23. IT WAS COUNTERFEIT!!!! I did my research, the bottle was written in chinese and the counterfeit code on the back of the bottle confirmed it! I could not use the numbers provided to verify its authenticy!!! ok I agree with the last reviewer - the store smells bad - though the service is nice and they are knowledgable and have a good selection.
Messy The store has a great selection of items however, the store smells really bad. I know a few friends that have worked and still worked in that establishment and they say that they are not the cleanest people around. The store has rodents and other small critters.
superb Pros: Convenient location / parking, small business atmosphere, knowledgable staff, one-on-one help with vitamin selection, large section of gluten free food, high quality vitamins not found in vitamin shop and GNC, and my personal fav: fresh ground peanut butter! Cons: Sometimes out of stock of items (but will special order it or send from other location), no fresh produce or food made on premesis (ie: juice bar), Staff can be more helpful than Pauline sometimes.
Pauline's Health Food Store For a small store they sure have a lot of merchandise. And if they don't have they will try and get it for you. In addition to every kind of vitamin supplement they carry a large selection of food items. And unlike the vitamin chains the people who work for Pauline really do know a great deal about their merchandise. They even carry all natural pet food.
Looking for Vitamins Paulines is a very nice health food store and has a good amount of parking. They carry vitamins and health foods.They have a large of selection of items that are hard to find at the supermarket. My wife had a hard time finding a certain supplement and they were able to order it for her. The staff is knowledgeable of all the newest and latest items.
Great Selection! Everytime I go into this store, they have exactly what I am looking for. They have a wide variety of hard to find foods and vitamans. They have baking priducts that are healthy as well. They are super nice and helpful as well.
longtime healthfood store Paulines is a small place, absolutely crammed with food, personal care products, books, even herbal cigarettes. The staff there has always been more than great in making suggestions.
