Human Design blends ancient wisdom and modern science in such a fascinating way. I hadn’t heard of it but Pauline unpacked the concept of energy and how it influences the way we operate in the world. I’ve understood the importance of setting and honouring boundaries in work and family life. I see how my decisions align with my type and how those around me make their decisions.
