On our first family visit to Hawaii, we wanted to capture our special stay celebrating my husband's big milestone birthday. Upon research, we determined that Pauline would be the best fit for what we wanted. We loved her portfolio on her website. I've spent years dreaming of the newborn photos we did with Pauline and she exceeded any expectations we had for the session. She went above and beyond to make sure we had the memories we were after and when we had a major coffee spill minutes before the session, she was calm, cool, and collected--fully professional--even though it had to be less than ideal for her to switch up poses, edit, etc. She came prepared with props that I completely forgot to bring or didn't have time to acquire. We had an amazing experience with Pauline! She came out to work with us during a statutory holiday, which was incredibly accommodating. Our toddler was initially scared of the beach, but Pauline was so patient and understanding, taking the time to make our little one comfortable. In the end, she managed to get beautiful photos on the beach, capturing moments we will cherish forever. Her warmth and professionalism made all the difference, and we highly recommend her for anyone looking for a family photographer in Hawaii!
