Dance dance dance I had a great experience as a young dancer growing up at Paulettes Ballet Studio. I took ballet, jazz, tap, and hip hop. I remember bright, colorful, sparkly outfits for the end of the year performances. I learned a lot, and it is a great place to begin a dance career. The class sizes vary, but they are mostly about 15-20 students. The classes are taught by young professional dancers who are qualified for the job. There are also boys classes (usually jazz).
Ballet, tap, hip hop dancing Paulette has been there for years. Now her daughter Paulettte, Jr. teaches also. They accept children from toddler to teenagers. Boys like to learn too. They offer ballet, toe dancing, hip hop and tap dancing. A beautiful show is presente at June for parents, friends and public at a large hall. Beautiful costumes and choreography. Reasonable prices for lessons.
Too regimented. If you want your child entered into a system that encourages discipline and many, many years of work before you are told you can do anything of use, this school is fine. But for those who want exercise, fun, or drop-in classes, this is not the best choice.
