NEGLIGENT AND CARELESS !!! A place where your ONE YEAR OLD CHILD will receive a head injury AT 10AM... ( Later a confirmed concussion at the ER !!!) AND NO PARENT OR EMERGENCY CONTACT WILL BE NOTIFIED....except by a piece of paper when you pick up the child in the evening (6 HRS LATER) and they ask you to sign the incident report 😡

I trust them with my kids and they take my concerns very serious. Everyone here is extremely polite and the director takes her job very serious. It's a relief to know my kids are safe while I'm at work. I definitely recommend!
