I am Paula Doane and I take great pride in providing superior and affordable therapeutic massage and body work in Greeneville TN and the surrounding Greene County TN area for both men and women. I am a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) and a graduate of Reflections of Health School of Massage in Johnson City, Tennessee. I have taken workshops specifically for frozen shoulder and neck release and I am a member of The American Massage Therapy Association.

After my much needed massage, Paula did a great job in explaining the different muscles and tendons that were tight and suggested stretch exercises to help keep me loosened.

Very clean. Appropriately appointed furnishings. Ms Paula is awesome!! Discussion, followed by evaluation. Heavy stress caused need for "body works" instead of massage. Highly recommend this lady!!❤❤❤❤🙂👍
On my first visit, I was very pleased. Paula talked with me first about what I wanted to achieve this first visit. She said the body works would be better than a massage and explained why. She is very knowledgeable of where your pain is originating from and cares about helping you to be pain free. My muscles have felt so much better since I went to her. After the first couple of visits, she suggested to come back once a month for maintenance. Paula is very professional, and I would recommend her to anyone.
Paula is Amazing at helping you to easy or get rid of the pain you're in. She tells you what you need to do at home , to help keep the pain away. I've gone to many massage therapists in last 15 years, I've got to say she's the BEST , I've ever had !!!! I Thank you for helping me ! You've been a blessing to me!!!!!!
