Very disappointed in this store. I bought the world smallest needle gave it to my kid and immediately it had a hole in it. I called them as I was on my way out of town for a trip that I had already planned for a week and they said they would hold it until the day after I got back and I could come in and exchange it. I got a voicemail the day I got back From Daphne saying that I need you to come in by the end of the day to exchange it or the Nido was going back.
