I wouldn't use a gift card from there. But I dont have one, because nobody i know goes there. They act like you're a theif for opening the door. Go to any of the other wonderful shops on Broad. Stay away from the fast fashion junk and over zealous detective wanna be workers.
We I just moved here ,I came to check out some shops today .I went into Paula’s and had a very good experience.They were nice and no one followed me like other reviews suggest . I was just window shopping today but saw a few items I may be back for . Even though I didn’t purchase anything they were nice .
If I could give them a 0 I would. Just like the other reviews on here, my experience was the same. They eye ball you the entire time like they are just waiting for you to steal. I was there to shop for summer sale and fall clothes but I'll put my money elsewhere. You can feel the kind of people the owners must be. I can't imagine what kind of bosses they must be to their employees.

An experience you can only dream of! Not only is the selection stunning but every member of the staff treats you like family! This is the type of place you want to hang out in for hours, because it feels like you’re home! I will plan trips to this area just to visit this amazing store! Bravo and shout out to Christy and Paula, who were so absolutely lovely and made our experience so memorable!
