Paula Getty is amazing! I became disabled and was having a terrible time adjusting. This review is long overdue. Paula Getty is an amazing hypnotherapist! I went to see her about my fear of flying and she helped me become more grounded about it, on land and in the air! She was so very helpful in assisting me to get into a better mindset. Since we recorded the sessions, I was able to listen to the recordings before during and after. She is also very kind, compassionate and understanding and makes you feel at ease. I highly recommend!

Paula is wonderful! In addition to being a good listener and friendly face, she is very helpful in providing personalized tools to help you work through all sorts of issues. I recently had some very stressful moments with my elderly parents which caused some anxiety. She was able to help me relax and get my focus back. Very grateful for the knowledge she has shared with me.
