Paula always has great advice for any physical ailments and happy to focus on specific areas if required. I had a very painful foot for months and she worked miracles in one session alleviating me of ongoing pain. I would definitely recommend her.
After a full year of pain, poor sleep and agony walking Paula has - in just two sessions - made a massive difference to my condition. I can sleep without waking in pain, I don’t limp when I rise from sitting and I can get back to exercise. She has magic hands and knows where the muscle devils lie. A miracle!
I have seen Paula for 3 sessions now with a 4th booked in. It really feels like we're making serious progress on my chronic stiffness and aches. Great attention also being given to a recent shoulder injury. Would def recommend!!
