I came in to see Paul for a treatment recently and experienced profound relief from ongoing stress in my life. Paul is warm, patient, intuitive, and creates a safe space for healing. Paul is a wonderful rolfer in a beautiful downtown Pasadena building. He helped me with my TMJ and other body/alignment/muscle issues. I highly recommend him!

I was introduced to Paul through my Pilates senior teacher, at a time when I was struggling with a lot of injury and body tightness. This is a 2024 update: I’ve been working with Paul for years and each session is a lovely reminder of how another human can so intuitively find pathways in your body for healing. He creates a safe, supportive environment, takes the time to really listen to my concerns, and chooses a therapeutic approach based on what feels right in the moment. Paul is wonderful. He brings many years of experience, new learning and wisdom to each session. Not only that but I feel completely safe and at ease with Paul. He is a genuinely kind and compassionate person. He also has a great sense of humor which also helps. Sometimes I feel as if it doesn’t matter what modality Paul practices, for he is a natural healer. It just so happens that he is an Advanced Rolfer, and a good one at that! I highly recommend Paul Wirth. 5 stars!
