This is my second time seeing paul today. He is extremely professional. recommended by a friend. He absolutely knew how to sort out the trouble I had been experiencing with my shoulder and back. Fully explained treatment and I have already booked my next appointment. Definitely best to book for an hour appointment.
I had an incredible massage session with Paul and I couldn’t be happier with the results! I was struggling with pain in both my knee and back, but Paul’s expertise and technique worked wonders. He applied just the right amount of pressure, targeting exactly where I needed relief. By the time I left, I felt so much better, and now I can move pain free! You can tell he really cares about his clients and knows his stuff. Highly recommend!

Prior to booking in with Paul, I was losing sleep due to back pain. I can confirm I am now sleeping like a dream!! Paul was absolutely amazing! So lovely but professional, and made me feel at ease. His communication and explanation throughout was fab! He also showed some stretches that can be done at home to help. I’d highly recommend Paul.
I recently had an excellent massage session with Paul. His technique is impressive, applying just the right amount of pressure and really listening to what I needed.
