These people are absolute clowns. I would never let them handle my taxes ever again. First they misfiled my taxes so the IRS came after me then they told me not to pay it because of "reasons", now I owe interest on the payment. Their CPAs can barely speak English, how can they understand tax code. They are farming out their work to remote employees with zero accountability. Stay away.
All of our accounting and taxes had been done by Paul T O’Reilly for over 10 years. About 2 years ago we started to notice that responses to our questions were slow and required several reminders. Emails or calls with questions would not receive a response. We were having to chase and follow up several times. It was literally taking multiple emails and calls over the course of weeks to get a response. We’ve moved on to another firm now and have had a much better experience. They made an error with my taxes, I waited 4 months for a return only to be told there was an error. I called the office, left messages, no one ever got back to me. So unprofessional. DO NOT GO HERE!!
