Rude/bad drivers. Had a driver shut the door on my body as I was trying to exit and when I turned around they put their hands up, shrugged and went 'oh well'. No apology, didn't bother to see if I was okay, didn't bother to try to help me get my travel mug that was knocked out of my hands when it closed on me. Instead he got in a fight with me and then ran over my mug, crushing it. I reported him, tried calling over and over and no one picked up, called me back, nothing. They simply do not care.
