My son is really into guitars and PRS Guitars in particular. Luckily we live about an hour away from the factory and were able to go on a tour. You do have to book the tour about 6 months out. Our tour guide Andrew was very knowledgeable and more importantly approachable with questions. Their guitar building process is really cool to experience even if you really aren't that into guitars- their skills are really admirable!
I have taken the tour 4 times and always learn something new each time.
Absolutely stand behind their lifetime warranty. They paid for the shipping of my amp and everything. It took a few months for them to repair the amp but it was 100% free. You can buy their products with confidence!
