Paul has been great to work with and knows more about property investment than just about anyone I've ever met. He doesn't just talk the talk but is in the trenches every day and I wouldn't make a move in the property game without running it by him first.
Against our better judgement, we purchased a house and land package in Muswellbrook, NSW through Paul. He had full insight of our finances and he understood that we were looking to save something for our retirement. He raved about the area and told us that he had bought 4 blocks of land there to build on. It was the worst investment we ever made.
