My stylist was very sincere but she didn't give the haircut I described By the time I saw the back I was being pressured to buy extra services & products. I just wanted to get away.

Went in for the appointment and was taken back quickly. The person that worked on my daughter was very understanding and did a great job. There were very few questions she had to ask her instructor. The instructor was very knowledgeable on how to create the look my daughter was going for. Very helpful, hair turned out fantastic and overall, a great experience! Thank you!
The student was lovely. However, I left in tears after checkout: 1) My scalp with incredibly and painfully itchy from the products the teacher had put in it. Not to mention, the teacher put way too much in my fine hair. 2) I asked for blended, long layers— I now have choppy, wolf cut layers that I will have to curl until it grow out. It looks like a staircase when straightened. It will take my hair roughly three months to grow. 3) I asked for a blow out, and was left with a sticky and crunchy mess with no volume.
