Carina - @carina.doesmyhair was amazing! She updated my highlights that were almost a year overdue! So attentive, talented, fun and did an awesome job! Instructors were supportive & friendly! Great price for a fantastic service!
Student stylist (with input from supervisor) was pleasant and did a nice job on my difficult hair. My experience at reception was terrible with a flighty, unprofessional receptionist who tried to send me to a haircut before facial which I then cancelled due to her disorganzation and almost left before haircut. Suggest that Paul Michell corporate send more mystery shoppers to protect the brand.
I had such a great experience here! Gabriella did an amazing job on my haircut and blow dry she really listened to what I wanted and made it even better than I imagined. She made sure everything looked perfect. I’m so happy with how it turned out and will definitely be coming back. Thank you Gabriella!
