I set up an appointment to get my hair trimmed, it included a wash and blow dry. I have long hair and ask for 3 inches cut straight across. First of all, she took me into another room to wash my hair. She washed the hair length and not my scalp, when she rinsed my hair, she wet the whole head as if she had washed the whole thing.
