On Monday, July 28th, my daughter attended a scheduled appointment at 12:45 p.m. for a hair color (black), haircut, and styling/blowout. By 3:52 p.m., she contacted me to inform me that only the hair coloring had been completed and that she was asked to return at 5:30 p.m. to finish the styling portion. You get what you pay for. I had booked an all over color and cut with the same student. I arrive and they start my appointment twenty minutes late and tell me they had to shuffle things so now I’ll have a different student. Ok, I tell her I want warm chocolatey brown. She just says I’m doing shade four and proceeds to slap it on me. During this time, she complained about having to take me because of the mix-up. If you are looking for an aesthetician school find another this is a scam to just get your $. I've been graduated for 2 years no follow up or care if I got a job placement. Find a genuine school if this is your passion!!

Mackenzie was fantastic! I am very happy with my color and cut. She has a very fun and uplifting personality. She was professional and detail oriented making sure I was getting the look I wanted.
