Always go above and beyond. These future professionals are learning from the best. Ms Tee is an amazing instructor who is always available to her students. She is patient and demonstrates technique as many times as they need in order for them to apply what they have learned. The appointment may take a little longer than expected but I've been coming for over 10 years and haven't been disappointed yet.

Ive come here before for color and had a good experience. However, I came here recently and asked for all over color and to go lighter, but ended up with darker hair than I walked in with. The color didn’t bother me as much as the damage that my hair suffered. I noticed the damage once washing my hair. I don’t blame the student doing my hair since she’s in the process of learning, but I definitely do put blame on the lack of instruction throughout the process. Had a horrible experience as a customer for cosmetology school. Previously a student did a horrible job not attending to any of my asks or needs and I spoke to the supervisor about it. Next time I gave them one more chance and came for an appointment however the supervisor refused treatment to me. I wasted time and was treated unfair. No logical explanation worked. She didn't give any understanding to me as a customer. I am not recommending this school to anyone for reasons that they treat people horrible and it's completely... read more
