Given Paul Mitchell himself is a very well groomed man some students at the Toledo salon are not. Wearing those tacky stretch pants (seeing underwear, cellulite), open sandal making them look sloppy is beyond professional. Aims to do their best and will correct problems willingly
Don't go to this school hair salon at all. They did a big mess on me. I was blond and I'm turning dark blond so I had blond color in the points. I lost my old color and I wanted uniform my hair with HightLights. But the learning teacher told me if you do the color it will be cheaper. You can't do hightlight because you have 2 colors on your hair. And it can be good just with color. I never put color on my hair. Worst customer service I've ever received from Michelle who is the supervisor for customer service (from what she told me). Had called her immediately the next day due to a wax job that was not fully done, and wanted to give a chance to Paul Mitchell school to correct it. Had taken pictures of the wax job as well (with the time stamped on the pictures) and emailed it to Michelle as she requested. 5.0 star rating 6/17/2016 I have naturally curly hair and it is hard to find someone who gets the cut right. I enjoy color and highlights so I am a full service customer. I have a Service Dog and I appreciate the way the staff and students recognize me as a person and give us our personal space. They have a full range of services. I went to Paul Mitchell's school to get my hair cut. I am very much impressed with Emma 170 the student & Mr. Carlton the supervisor. I loved how Mr Carlton explained before, during & after to Emma as they proceeded to work on my hair. He was very professional as he explained the steps, very encouraging, a very happy, fun atmosphere. I will for sure go back again. Emma did a fantastic job.Thank you.
