As a Paul Mitchell Alumni, I would never recommend a young girl (or anybody) to attend this school. The constant beat up and bullying that goes on around there is absurd. They try to create an environment that is “all about the student” and a “great culture”. I used to come here all the time, but only once have I walked out happy with my hair cut. That was the first time, every time after that I was disappointed. They messed up balayage in my hair again and again. The last time I went they knew they messed up bad and continued to thank me for coming. When I saw a professional to fix it she warned me about the school because they aren't teaching correctly or giving enough supervision so she's had to clean up a lot of messes they've made. Beware :)

Horrible school. Filed complaint with Better Business Bureau. No supervision of students.

For the salon - as a customer - 5 stars. F or their website, hours, reaching the desk, additional information - 0 stars, which I can't give. (it has to be minimum 1). Impossible. Amazing that they don't treat that aspect of the business like a business
