Paul is the therapy G.O.A.T. I have spent a bit over a year in regular sessions and it's one of he best investments I've ever made. I have already largely overcome the issue that first made me seek therapy, but I choose to continue going as I am still learning so much about myself, gaining clarity on my highest goals, and accepting myself more fully than ever. The sessions are sometimes challenging, often hilarious, and always insightful. I can't recommend highly enough.
Paul is a friend and fellow therapist who I deeply appreciate and respect. He brings a level of expertise, intuition, curiosity and empathy to his practice that comes from a place of deep self-awareness and integrated lived experience. Highly recommend!
Paul has an incredible way of calling forth what wants to be made alive in you. I always come away feeling more open and lighter.
