I saw Paul to help me understand and process my lifelong journey with emetephobia. Paul was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable with teaching me how to activate a clear perspective; both mentally and somatically - so I can engage my highest potential, and a much more peaceful life.

I first met Paul in January 2021 in a plight to cure my needle phobia. My whole life I had been petrified of needles and actively avoided blood tests and injections but would do them out of fear of becoming unwell.
