I first met Paul in January 2021 in a plight to cure my needle phobia. My whole life I had been petrified of needles and actively avoided blood tests and injections but would do them out of fear of becoming unwell. I reached out to Paul in December 2020 under recommendation from a friend and his work has been nothing but life changing.
